Job/Time Pay Summary Report

The Job Time/Pay Summary Report includes time and pay totals for each employee by job and work group.

  1. Click Reports in the menu at the top of the main screen.
  2. Click Employee Time Summary.

  3. Enter the Administrator PIN code if prompted.
  4. Click OK.

  5. Select the Start and End date range to run the report for.
  6. Select the Employee, Work Group, Job and Pay Type to run the report for or leave blank to run the report for all employees, work groups, jobs and pay types.
  7. Click Run Report.

  8. To print click the Print icon.
  9. To export to Excel click the Export icon and click Excel.
  10. To export to PDF click the Export icon and click Acrobat (PDF) file.
